Selective Demolition:

We specialize in selective demolition, including removal of all architectural and structural components of a building. This includes saw cutting masonry openings and concrete with shoring of our openings. We also do Structural Demolition which includes removal of structural components of the building with shoring.

Historic Demolition and Preservation:

We are specialists in Historic Renovation Projects where some components have to be salvaged and reused, we use carpenters or bricklayers for salvaging items. We took apart a Historic home in Medina, loaded it on trucks and it was re-erected in San Francisco, California.

Demolition:

We do complete demolition of smaller buildings, houses or garages including removal of foundations and backfilling of the site.

Excavation:

We do excavations and backfilling for MEP trades for new lines, in or outside of buildings.

Concrete:

We do saw cutting and removal of concrete and replace the concrete after new MEP is placed. We pour new foundations, frost slabs, stairways, slabs, infills and other concrete for your building. We also do sidewalks, generator slabs, foundations and mechanical pads in buildings.

Floor Covering Removal:

We do floor covering removal and prep. Our floor removal machines will clean the floor of floor covering and adhesive. Any adhesives that remains can be taken off with our floor grinders. We can prep the floor to bare concrete if required.

Masonry:

We do smaller masonry projects, infills of windows, doors or other openings, and new openings including toothing and installing lintels for the openings.
